해당 작업 완료 시 택배 어플 상엔 운송장 조회가 될 수 있으나 주문서 내 운송장 미등록 & 출고 완료 문자가 도착하지 않은 경우는 아직 출고 전이며,
운송장 등록 혹은 출고 완료 문자가 전송되는 정식 출고 이후부터 조회가 가능 한 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

포스터가 미증정되는 경우 배송 전에 별도로 안내 드리지 않는 점 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
지관통을 구입했으나 선착순 소진으로 포스터를 수령하지 못하신 경우에는 지관통 상품만 환불을 도와드립니다.

* 일부 상품의 경우 포스터가 앨범 내에 접지 형태로 내장되어 있을 수 있기에 문의 전 상품 전체 사항을 우선 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

국가별 관세 및 세금 부과 기준은 뮤직플랜트에서 택배사를 통해 사전에 정확한 확인이 어려운 점 양해 부탁드리며, 주문 전 고객님께서 해당 국가의 관세 정책을 직접 확인하신 후 구매해 주시기 바랍니다.

미국
관세 및 세금이 포함된 금액으로 결제가 진행됩니다.
다만, 기본 포함 금액을 초과하는 세금 또는 추가 비용이 발생하는 경우 별도로 추가 지불을 요청드릴 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

기타 국가
미국을 제외한 국가의 경우 현지 세관 또는 배송사의 청구에 따라 관세 및 세금이 별도로 부과될 수 있으며, 해당 비용은 고객 부담입니다.

일본
물품 가격에 국제 운임 등이 포함된 총 물품가격이 16,666엔을 초과할 경우 관세 및 소비세가 부과될 수 있습니다.

United States
Customs duties and taxes are included in the total payment amount.
However, if any additional duties or taxes exceeding the included amount are charged, an additional payment may be requested.

Other Countries
For countries other than the United States, customs duties and taxes may be charged separately by the local customs office or the shipping carrier.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Japan
If the total value of the goods, including the product price and international shipping costs, exceeds 16,666 JPY, customs duties and 10% consumption tax may apply.

○ 국내 : 주문금액 50,000원 미만의 경우 3,000원 부과 (주문금액 50,000원 이상 시 무료배송)

* 제주도/도서/산간 지역 등 특수 지역은 추가 배송비가 발생할 수 있으며, 상품 특성에 따라 주문금액과 상관 없이 배송비가 부과될 수 있습니다.

○ 해외 : 국가별 무게에 따라 부과 (주문 시 주문서에서 확인 가능)

* 주문 시 배송비를 지불했더라도 국가별 관세 정책에 따라 추가 관세가 부과될 수 있습니다.
국가별 관세는 주문 전 고객이 별도 확인 후 숙지해야 하는 사항으로 이로 인한 문의는 도움을 드리기 어렵습니다.

앨범과 별도로 증정되는 포스터를 지관통에 담아서 수령하길 원하시는 경우, 주문 시 '지관통' 상품을 함께 결제해주셔야 합니다.
'지관통' 상품을 함께 구매하지 않으시는 경우, 별도 증정 포스터는 말아서 배송됩니다.
포스터는 종이 상품의 특성 상 제작/유통/배송 과정에서 구겨짐/접힘/오염이 발생할 수 있으며 이로 인한 교환/환불은 불가합니다.
지관통을 구입했으나 선착순 소진으로 포스터를 수령하지 못하신 경우, 또는 앨범 내 접지 형태로 삽입되어 지관통이 필요하지 않은 경우에는 지관통 상품만 환불을 도와드립니다.

If you want to receive a poster presented separately from the album in a paper tube, you must pay for the "지관통(paper tube)" product together when ordering.
If you don't purchase the "지관통(paper tube)" product together, posters that are presented separately will be rolled up and delivered.
Because of the nature of the paper product, posters may be wrinkled/folded/contaminated during the production/distribution/delivery process, and exchanges/refunds are not possible.

주문 후 배송 정보 변경을 원하시는 경우에는 'CONTACT > 1:1' 로 "주문번호/변경 원하는 정보"를 전달해주시기 바랍니다.

일반상품 : '입금완료' 상태에서만 변경 가능하며 '상품준비중'인 경우에는 배송 정보 변경이 불가합니다.
예약판매 상품 : 발매일 이전까지만 변경 가능 (ex. 7월 26일 발매 상품 = 7월 25일까지 변경 가능, 26일부터 변경 불가능)
이벤트 상품 : 이벤트 종료 후 배송 정보 변경 불가 (ex. 9월 19일 이벤트 = 9월 18일까지만 변경 가능, 19일부터 변경 불가능)
(다만 이벤트 상품의 경우 배송 준비 상황에 따라 이벤트 종료 전이여도 변경이 불가할 수 있습니다.)

원활한 출고 작업을 위해 각 상품의 변경 가능 기간 외 문의는 도와드리기 어려우므로 양해 부탁드립니다.

예약/이벤트 상품의 경우 부득이한 사정으로 인해 배송 지연이 발생 할 수 있으며,
