해당 작업 완료 시 택배 어플 상엔 운송장 조회가 될 수 있으나 주문서 내 운송장 미등록 & 출고 완료 문자가 도착하지 않은 경우는 아직 출고 전이며,
운송장 등록 혹은 출고 완료 문자가 전송되는 정식 출고 이후부터 조회가 가능 한 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

수량 변경 또는 응모자 정보 수정(오타, 정보 누락의 경우에 한함) 등의 사유로 변경을 원하시는 경우, 기존 구매 수량과 같거나 그 이상으로 새 주문을 결제 완료하신 후 기존 주문번호와 새 주문번호를 함께 1:1 문의로 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

사인회 응모 상품의 경우 수량 추가 변경은 가능하나, 이미 주문한 수량에서 수량 감소(부분 취소)는 불가합니다.
(예: 1개 → 5개 변경 가능 / 5개 → 1개로 감소 변경 불가)

또한 수량 변경을 위한 재주문은 응모 기간 내에만 가능하며, 이벤트 상품 취소 관련 자세한 사항은 각 이벤트별 공지사항을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

주문자명과 입금자명이 동일하게 자동적으로 설정되기에, 입금 시 입금자명을 주문자명으로 기입해주시기 바랍니다.

만약 입금자명과 주문자명이 상이한 경우, 시스템에서 입금 사항을 인지하지 못할 수 있습니다.
이로 인해 이벤트 상품 등 판매 기한이 있는 상품의 입금 확인이 정상적으로 처리되지 않는 경우 응모가 불가합니다.
이 경우 개별 안내 후 환불을 도와드립니다.

○ 상품 발매 후
- '입금완료' 상태인 경우 : 취소/환불 가능. 'CONTACT > 1:1'로 "주문번호"와 함께 취소 문의
- '배송준비중' 상태인 경우 : 취소/환불 불가. 뮤직플랜트 배송 일정에 따라 평일 기준 10~14일 내에 주문 순서대로 발송

● 주의사항

● 주의사항
- 취소 문의 후 문의량, 고객문의 응대시간에 따라 실제 취소까지 평일 기준 1-2일 소요
- 일반 상품은 기존 주문 취소 후 해당 상품이 품절인 경우, 기존 주문 복구 불가
- 이벤트 상품은 해당 상품의 판매 기간 내에만 재주문 가능하며, 판매 기간 내에 재결제 및 취소 요청 모두 진행 필요
