jpn이벤트 상품은 구매 이후 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.
수량 변경 또는 응모자 정보 수정(오타, 정보 누락의 경우에 한함) 등의 사유로 변경을 원하시는 경우, 기존 구매 수량과 같거나 그 이상으로 새 주문을 결제 완료하신 후 기존 주문번호와 새 주문번호를 함께 1:1 문의로 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.
사인회 응모 상품의 경우 수량 추가 변경은 가능하나, 이미 주문한 수량에서 수량 감소(부분 취소)는 불가합니다.
(예: 1개 → 5개 변경 가능 / 5개 → 1개로 감소 변경 불가)
또한 수량 변경을 위한 재주문은 응모 기간 내에만 가능하며, 이벤트 상품 취소 관련 자세한 사항은 각 이벤트별 공지사항을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

If you wish to make changes due to reasons such as quantity adjustment or correction of applicant information (only in cases of typos or missing information), please place a new order with the same or greater quantity than the original order.
After completing the new order, submit a 1:1 inquiry including both the original order number and the new order number.
For fan sign event entry products, increasing the quantity is allowed; however, reducing the quantity (partial cancellation) from the originally ordered amount is not permitted.
(Example: 1 → 5 allowed / 5 → 1 not allowed)
Please note that reorders for quantity changes are only possible within the event application period.
